2. Data We Process
We may process identification and contact data (for example name and email), tax data voluntarily entered in the app, technical usage data, and analytics data subject to consent.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data is processed to provide the requested service, ensure security and service continuity, comply with legal obligations, and, with prior consent, analyze traffic, behavior, and campaign performance through GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel when configured.
4. Cookies and Analytics Tools
Non-essential analytics tools are activated only after explicit consent through the banner. Without consent, such scripts are not loaded.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, in line with data minimization and storage limitation principles.
6. Data Subject Rights
You can exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
7. Export, deletion, and account control
You can request data export, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@tapposto.com. For tax data entered in the app, Tapposto retains only what is needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet accounting obligations, or honor your request.
8. Processors, security, and suppliers
Tapposto uses technical processors for hosting, authentication, payments, email, and optional analytics. We apply proportionate security measures, access controls, and data minimization.
